I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and private pay.
60-minutes: $150. Shorter sessions are possible.
Clients using insurance are just responsible for the co-pay/deductible.
I use various therapeutic modalities (Adlerian, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, etc.), depending on client needs. Issues addressed include anxiety, depression, infertility, life changes, parenting, self-esteem, and stress management.
Family and relationship dynamics can be explored, but I don't specialize in couples' or family counseling.
Wellness Consults (private pay only)
Over time, I have noticed that many clients have physical symptoms affecting their overall well-being. I strongly believe in functional medicine, which focuses on identifying the root of the problem vs. just treating symptoms.
But people don't always have the time, energy, or money to seek treatment. Or they may want to try to improve their health through dietary, behavioral, and therapeutic changes before deciding if medical help is needed.
I am an Institute of Functional Medicine practitioner (not a medical doctor). Initial intakes assess client history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors. The second appointment outlines a wellness game plan.
I suggest evidence-based health hacks (things clients can try on their own), as well as labwork, tests, therapies, food plans, stress management techniques, and health resources to consider.
Follow-up appointments are at clients’ discretion.
30 minutes: $100
45 minutes: $125
60 minutes: $150
Consult packages are also available.
Payment is due at the time of service, for counseling sessions and/or wellness consults.
